Rao Web & Automation is an India-based service providing website development, mobile app development, AI automation and related digital services.
Every project includes 2 revision rounds at design stage. Out-of-scope additions are quoted separately. Turnaround times stated on the site are typical and not guaranteed unless agreed in writing.
Our stated delivery windows (e.g. “live in 3 days” for Basic Landing Page) assume timely feedback from you. If we miss the agreed deadline purely due to our delay, the project fee is refunded in full, minus third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid APIs) that have already been incurred.
Full ownership of custom code, design files and content transfers to you upon final payment. We may showcase delivered work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Because our work is custom, refunds are handled case by case. Refunds are available if we miss a guaranteed deadline (see Section 4) or if work has not yet commenced. Refunds are not available for completed, approved work.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
